Every week I trawl through the local papers, the online sites, newsletters, venue listings and ALL the facebook groups 😂 to bring together a curated list of events in the coming week to send straight to your inbox. I do this because when I moved to this region I found it really difficult to find events near me, I was trawling through Facebook, searching online and finding amazing things to do, then realise that they were way across the other side of the region or had already happened.
Accessing local events enriches people’s lives, connects you with culture and people and it’s a great way to start integrating, and finding joy and starting your life somewhere new. So, when I couldn’t see this problem being solved elsewhere, I decided to go and do it myself - I do this so you don’t have to! And you can spend your time enjoying, not searching endlessly, for the events and living your best life!
