The People's Emergency Briefing brings together leading UK scientists, experts and communicators to explore the climate and nature crisis and what it means for our lives, communities and future.
Covering topics including extreme weather, food security, health and the cost of living, the briefing offers an accessible overview of some of the biggest challenges facing society today.
But this isn't just about understanding the problems. It's also about exploring what we can do next.
After the briefing, we'll have time to discuss what it means for us here in Moffat and District, share ideas and explore practical opportunities for local action.
Recommended for ages 16+.
Donations are welcome (suggested amount £5). All money received will be donated to Studio Moffat, the charity venue that hosts many of our community events at low or no cost.
