Wild Sketching

Our Drawing classes, facilitated by Barry Mitchell Join local artist Barry Mitchell for an immersive outdoor drawing experience celebrating the rural and coastal landscapes of Stranraer. Across this series of classes, you’ll learn to observe, sketch, and paint the coastline around you — capturing shifting light, tidal movement, textures, and the character of place. Barry will guide you through practical techniques for working outdoors, building confidence in mark‑making, composition, and colour while deepening your connection to the landscape.
